一號機的靈感來自於稱為「大爺」、「七爺」的謝將軍，時常與范將軍成對出軍，民俗信仰中皆為打擊惡靈的將軍，並為許多主神的駕前神明。
大爺身高高、行動穩重，因此安排了高射砲、導彈等等元素，並以未來感十足的設計彰顯手臂長度與白色的衣著。
